Noah was honored as the star 2nd grader of the week this morning. (That's out of 82 second graders.) He was even mentioned on the morning announcements. That's big time. :)
This morning my Great Aunt passed away. So sudden. I was always amazed at how sharp she was and how she never seemed to age. She looked the same as I remember as a young child. My fam could use your thoughts and prayers if you've got them. I know she is loving life now celebrating with her husband.
Given the day I've had today, I'm surprised this post was semi-organized and not completely negative. However, tomorrow is Friday, which means one day until chess season officially begins. And one day until my birthday! I'm not going to lie, I still get excited for my birthday.
