Happy New Year!

Goodbye 2009.....HELLO 2010!
What a year it has been. Lots of changes, some good, some bad. We sold our beloved house, turned in our beloved car, left a school/parish that we loved, and moved away from the best family in the world. On the other hand, we have fell in love with a new city, a new car, a new church, and new schools. And through it all we've loved and learned to appreciate our family, more than ever. And to cherish every moment we have together with them.
There are many highlights throughout the year including, but not limited to a spontaneous NYE 2009 recovery trip to Great Wolf Lodge, skiing in CO, birthdays in Vegas, fall break in San Diego, FAMILY VACA, Caleb starting preschool, Noah riding the bus to 1st grade, Baby Daniel and Selah, Grand Canyon getaways, visitors to our new home, pool parties, a long weekend in Chicago, the 4th of July parade leading to kids' horse carriage ride, and so much more.
As far as resolutions go, Eric and I are always ready for a new start, but rarely ever state formal resolutions. Of course, I'll continue to try and make improvements toward a healthier lifestyle. I'll attempt to live more "in the moment" and not so much in the "what if" or what has been. I'm working on more quality time with my family, especially my kids. And I am not going to stress about housework...just do it. Less thinking/planning, more doing....in everything.
