Family Visit

Being due in the smack-dab-middle of summer meant one thing...I was going nowhere! The first half of summer spent cooking little Jonah, and the second half spent getting him adjusted to our life.  It also meant that family was sure to come visit!  They came by the plane fulls...first Bushia for almost 6 weeks!  Having Bushie here helping with housework, meals, and Jonah is truly heavenly.  Then the 5 Ohler's and finally the 6 Ryan's.  And we are patiently awaiting Grandma Debbie later this week!
While my sisters and their families were here, my boys were in heaven.  Caleb and Noah had constant play buddies (besides each other), and baby Jo was carried at all times! Spoiled rotten.

There was lots of pool time, tons of play time, museums, some amazing food, dance parties, sleep overs, and even a day trip to the Grand Canyon.

Here the kids (big and little) take over the car wash at the children's museum.
Pool time and putting time too!
Cousins at the Grand Canyon.

Being silly at the Heard Museum.

I am so thankful the family spent their summer vacation in the desert!  Next year, we shall head back to a beach, perhaps.
