This weekend we seem to be fighting off our first fall colds. Noah, Caleb, and I have been coughing all weekend but otherwise feeling okay. Noah was sent home from school by the nurse on Thursday with a 101 fever and a sore throat. By the time he made it to the doctor at 3:20, he was bouncing off the walls and sent home with a clean bill of health. :)
Soccer Saturday morning with a 7-3 win.
The boys' friend Colton spent the day hanging with us then we had a party/baby shower that evening. (We turned it into a football watching party, however...GO TIGERS!) Met several new neighbors and had a great time!
Sunday was a recovery day. My illness seems to be getting worse...low grade fever, red, swollen throat. Not good. Meanwhile, laundry, shopping, cleaning, you know the drill.
Caleb is taking a minor step backwards in wetting the bed, aka, wet the bed, Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday night. Ugh.
Trying to get ready for Halloween. Hard to bake pumpkin seeds and pumpkin pie when its 85 outside. :)
Costumes are set, for the kids at least, and we are looking forward to a busy, fall festival, trunk or treating filled week! Oh, and I just remembered nobody here tells jokes on Halloween. Boo.
