Today is Noah's 7th birthday! That is halfway to 14....one third of the way to 21! Seven more of these and he'll be almost 50! So crazy. All in all, I think Noah had a great day.
We started the celebration EARLY Saturday morning and headed to the Grand Canyon for a day of fun and a night of camping! The next post is certain to be about that....and just to warn you, it will contain a LOT of pictures. :)
We returned early on Sunday for our neighbor's 4th birthday party, where the boys had tons of fun! We picked up Chinese food for dinner with some friends and Noah got his first present...a new Wii game...which he played until it was time for bed!
In true Selter fashion, this morning we had birthday treats and presents for breakfast. Chocolate pie. Noah's favorite dessert.
At school, instead of sending treats, we bought a game for Noah to share with the class. Donating something educational/useful to the school is a great way for us to reinforce to Noah what it means to share and give to others. Plus, his teachers always do a great job of making HIM feel special too!
Tonight we headed to Noah's favorite spot for dinner. Uncle Dave, Tyler, and Megs met us there and we had a great time catching up on whats been happening since school has started.
