We had a wonderful time on Halloween. Uncle Dave and the kids came over and we trick-or-treated in our neighborhood for a while before heading to a party. Our neighborhood was filled with kids and we went through six bags of candy in one hour. At the Halloween party the kids had a blast jumping in a Sponge Bob bounce house. Especially when I got in with them! The best part....the weather. No coats, no umbrellas, mid to low 70s after the sun set. The worst part....apparently kids don't tell jokes here. After talking to several people from different places, it seems to be more of a St. Louis thing.
