One of my favorite days was the day we headed back to Makapu'u, but this time, hiked down to the tide pools for some swimming!

This time we looked "up" to the light house!
The water was crystal clear and there was lots of cool sea life to be seen. Next time….bring the snorkel masks!
Every once in a while, a large wave would join us in the tide pool creating Jonah's favorite, a "BUBBLE BATH!"
Afterwards we, snacked in the car then sent the little ones home. Noah, the Ohlers and I rounded the corner to Allen Davis area in search of another swimming hole. Noah's new favorite! He jumped,
and jumped,
and jumped!
The blowhole down near the Makapu'u tide pools was so loud!
As if the climb down wasn't crazy enough with 3 kids and 2 moms trying to keep up with 2 teenagers, the climb back up was equally as interesting!
