11 Months Old

Yesterday, Jonah turned 11 months old!  And let me tell you, this kid is full of life!  His top four teeth are in, with one extra large one growing in much faster than the others.  Somehow, he always manages to wriggle his way out of any attempt of mine to snap a picture of them.  This is as close as I can get.

Although, he has been standing and taking steps on his own for over a month now, I have yet to declare that he can walk.  Tuesday morning he woke up and decided, enough of this.  I am walking now.  So, it is official.  We have a walker.  He still prefers crawling but can, and will, walk anytime, anywhere he wants.  He has had lots of practice as you can see in this video.

And, yes I actually caught it on tape!  Capturing this is quite the feat as he instantly lunges for the phone anytime it is in sight!  Usually, it goes something like this...

But alas, we managed to work together and distract him from the filming of his walking skills!

And one more video just because the sound is so sweet!  His giggles are contagious.  Sorry about the grainy video, but I promise the sound is worth it!

Oh, and his new favorite treat....a juice box!  This is the end all, cure all, for every infant meltdown at soccer games, basketball practice, beach day, you name it.  Capri sun cures all!

Our baby Jo is getting SO BIG and we are excited to celebrate his first birthday at the end of June! All the walking and playing and trying to keep up with his brothers takes its toll on a baby.  I need to relish in this last month of my baby being a baby.  He is quickly changing into a wild toddler!

But still so sweet!
